Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY

We will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours.  A guaranteed deilvery date cannot be specified.  Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all monies owed by you under this and any other contract.  All risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. 

In the event that your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us by email or 'phone within 24 hours of receipt.  When ordering items for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the delivery reaches the specified destination.  These duties and taxes, and any additional charges for customs clearance, must be borne by you.

All prices quoted are in £ Sterling.

All items are subject to availability.   All measurements are approximate.

If we are unable to supply an item ordered we will contact you to offer either a full refund or substitute item.

RETURNS

Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days in their original condition ie. unused.  Upon receipt of the item as faulty we will arrange for a refund or exchange, including postage.  

For your own protection please use a Recorded Delivery service when returning goods to us.  We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
